This lovely red orange haori features grapes that appear to be painted in the sumi-e technique. Haori are a kind of coat worn atop of kimono, and this one is intended to be worn by women. This kimono features a few visible white threads that are an indication that the haori is new or recently cleaned. These threads are meant to be removed.
