This book is a detailed step-by-step guide on how to style hair and care for katsura wigs. The book is published in Japanese. The author of this book is a well-respected traditional hair stylist in Japan. Per the translated autobiography in the back of the book he was born in Kudan, Chiyoda Ward, Toyko. He received his instructions in Japanese hair at the Takayama Beauty College before studying under the late Take Takayama II and Masamichi Yamada. In 1974 he began working in katsura wig manufacturing and was known to operate in Tokyo.
