Your Invited: 10 Years Of Kimono Party

You are invited to join us as we celebrate 10 year of Ohio Kimono! Ohio Kimono was started in April 2009, and we consider ourselves blessed to have so many supportive, and wonderful loyal customers. So we wanted to celebrate our company turning 10 years old WITH YOU! We are taking over the Schedel Japanese Gardens in Elmore Ohio for a exclusive and highly limited exhibit of furisode, which are the long sleeve kimono. Light finger foods with drink, and live entertainment will also be on location.

We are excited to include in this limited engagement a performance by a classically trained dancer in the Japanese arts. She will perform twice during the reception, and will be dressed in kimono.

Everyone is welcome to wear a kimono to this event, however it is NOT required. Further more, we will have a professional photographer on hand, who will be taking photos.

  • Date: April 7th, 2019

  • Time: Noon to 4pm EST

  • Location: Schedel Japanese Gardens in Elmore Ohio

  • Admission: FREE, parking is free as well

  • Weather: Rain or shine, most of the main exhibit is indoors.

  • Ages: Suitable for all ages, however adults are encouraged. This venue does NOT have entertainment for children.

We will have a selection of vintage Japanese kimono, haori, and kanzashi for sale. The sale of these items will benefit the Japanese gardens, which are a non-for-profit 501C3 organization.

We hope you will join us as we thank our customers for a wonderful 10 year experience.
