Japanese gardens are especially known for the colorful display that put on during autumn. From the golden ginko leaves, to the fiery red maple leaves the selection of autumn tones is certain to delight anyone. During our recently trip to the West Coast to sell at Kumoricon, we made a side trip to visit the Portland Japanese Gardens. Our timing was perfect, and we arrived to enjoy peak autumn colors, and also an outstanding exhibit dedicated to noh theater, specifically the masks.
Here are just a few photos we took while visiting the Japanese Garden in Portland, we hope you enjoy them. There will be a separate blog post dedicated to the amazing Noh exhibit taking place at the Gardens later this week.
