Join us on Oct 16th @ 7pm for a free public lecture about traditional Japanese kimono, and a dressing demonstration. Topics covered in the lecture will include a brief history, kinds of kimono, the many different kinds of obi, formalities of the kinds of kimono, differences in the genders of kimono, and kitsuke rules for wearing kimono in a traditional manner.
This educational kimono presentation is good for all ages, and is free to the public.
