While exploring a few Japanese sites dedicated to sewing kimono we stumbled onto this nice diagram of a michiyuki and what parts make it up. Looking at the diagram many seamstresses could figure out a crude pattern and create their own. We do not know the source of this image, and hope to locate it and share.
